The hotel offers a beautiful view of the Red Sea and is conveniently located near the beach and the bus stop. The rooms are clean and the staff, especially Mr. Hossam and Mohamed Ezzat, are welcoming and helpful. They provide excellent customer care and speak English fluently, making it easy for guests to navigate the city and organize transportation.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

My room had some technical issues, but the friendly room service offered me another room. The location of the hotel is wonderful and easily accessible. The manager, Hossam, was extremely hardworking and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He helped organize tours for me and spoke excellent English. The hotel was cleaned daily by a friendly and respectful staff member, making sure everything, including my bed sheets, was clean. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the Shisha maker and other staff members treated me like a long-time resident. I wish I could have stayed longer as I truly enjoyed my time there.

location was nice, I would book again
staff could have been nicer, tried to cheat on me into paying higher taxi fares and thought I was going to steal their towel!

Friendly staff...confortable stay...so relaxing...but the food in hotel was not so good.every morning the same breakfast...the hotel is in the middle of the town..walking from the hotel to the downtown in very beatiful...this is the second year in the same hotel and I'd love to repeat it next year as well
What I don't like in the hotel is that the maintainnce in the rooms is not regular..sometimes the bathroom in leaking...Also the food is always the same no changes..Also the prices of the dinner and lunch is very high compared to the level of service and food

1- Low price. 2- Aqua center guy (Mahmoud) was helpful. 3- Clean sheets and rooms, but poor structure. 4- Good location.
1- At first I asked to modify my reservation from double annex to double seaview but they said that I will pay more 25$ per night while at Booked.net it just 5$, I sent request to Booked.net and they modified my reservation at the same moment by calling the hotel immediately with just 5$ per night. But then the reception guy was non smiling as he was, Thanks Booked.net 2- ac at rooms was hot. 3- Poor hotel structure. 4-

Although there were a few flaws, my weekend stay at this hotel had some positive aspects. the location was fantastic. It was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Red Sea, making it convenient to enjoy the beach and water activities. Secondly, the availability of a bar was a definite plus. It was great to relax with a drink and unwind after a long day. Lastly, the manager of the hotel was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making communication easy and ensuring a smooth stay.
On the downside, there were a few negatives about my experience at this hotel. the air conditioning was subpar, which made it difficult to sleep well.

its located next to the city center of hurghada, so you can reach it by 20 minutes walk.
maybe the beach area is a bit to small. if the hotel is really fully booked, there must be not enough space for all guests.
